目的了解唐山市辖区内德国小蠊对胺菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、毒死蜱、敌敌畏等常用杀虫剂的抗性,根据不同杀虫剂的抗性水平指导辖区内科学、有效开展灭蟑工作。方法采用全国蟑螂防治学组制定的《蟑螂抗药性监测方案(试行)》规定的药膜法进行调查。结果德国小蠊对胺菊酯抗性系数是39.95倍,氯氰菊酯是37.28倍,高效氟氯是27.05倍,毒死蜱及敌敌畏分别是17.05倍及8.19倍。结论德国小蠊对胺菊酯、氯氰菊酯、高效氟氯氰菊酯、毒死蜱及敌敌畏均产生了抗药性。
Objective To understand the resistance of German cockroach to common insecticides such as tetramethrin, beta-cypermethrin, cypermethrin, chlorpyrifos and dichlorvos in the area of Tangshan municipality. According to the different pesticide resistance level, . Methods The “Cockroach Drug Resistance Surveillance Program (Trial)” formulated by the National Cockroach Prevention and Control Group was investigated by the membrane method. Results German cockroach resistance to tetramethrin was 39.95 times, cypermethrin 37.28 times, chlorofluorocarbon was 27.05 times, chlorpyrifos and dichlorvos were 17.05 times and 8.19 times, respectively. Conclusions Germanic cockroach has resistance to tetramethrin, cypermethrin, cyhalothrin, chlorpyrifos and dichlorvos.
