腮腺肿瘤极大多数是原发的。但是,由于腮腺含有较为丰富的淋巴管和淋巴结,恶性肿瘤可能转移到此区。本文搜集1962～1985年间腮腺转移癌18例,结合文献,就其诊断和治疗等问题进行讨论。腮腺淋巴系统的解剖腮腺含有与头颈部各区相关的淋巴网,其中约有20～30个淋巴结,可分为腮腺浅淋巴结、腺实质淋巴结及腮腺深淋巴结三组。
The vast majority of salivary gland tumors are primary. However, because the parotid gland contains relatively abundant lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes, malignant tumors may migrate to this area. This article collected 18 cases of metastatic carcinoma of the parotid gland from 1962 to 1985, combined with literature, discussed its diagnosis and treatment. The parotid lymphatic system’s anatomical parotid gland contains lymph nodes associated with the various regions of the head and neck. There are approximately 20 to 30 lymph nodes, which can be divided into three groups: the parotid gland’s superficial lymph nodes, the parenchymal lymph nodes, and the parotid gland’s deep lymph nodes.
