1. CD-Audio People have enough reason to believe that the CD-Audio behavior of the Industrial Disc is a successful initiative. With nominal execution time of 60 minutes (according to the specifications in the Red Book), a CD-Audio usually contains about 650 megabytes of digital audio information. Audio is a very special method of converting data into a digital format called binary bytes. In order to improve the reliability of reading data back from the disk, a series of error detection and correction processes have been standardized. This error detection and error correction of the error bytes is an essential part of the optical data storage. For this purpose, redundant detection information is appended to the user data field.
