采用正交实验法,研究了以醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)共聚乳液为主剂、多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)为交联剂的双组分木材胶粘剂的胶接工艺与性能。研究结果表明,在常温下,PAPI用量对胶接性能的影响最显著,其次是加压时间,淀粉用量和压力对其影响不显著。综合考虑产品质量和生产成本,确定集成材生产的最佳工艺为:w(PAPI)=15%、加压时间为15min、w(淀粉)=5%和压力为2MPa;由此制得的集成材具有优良的胶接性能和耐水性能,能够满足日本集成材检测标准和室内非结构集成材用胶标准,其应用前景非常广阔。
The orthogonal experiment was used to study the bonding process and properties of two component wood adhesives with VAc copolymerization emulsion as the main agent and polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate (PAPI) as the crosslinking agent. The results show that at normal temperature, the amount of PAPI on the bonding performance of the most significant impact, followed by the pressure time, the amount of starch and pressure on its impact is not significant. Considering the quality of products and production cost, the optimum process of the production of the integrated timber was determined: w (PAPI) = 15%, pressing time 15min, w (starch) = 5% and pressure 2MPa; Material has excellent bonding performance and water resistance, to meet the testing standards of Japan Laminate and indoor non-structural Glulam plastic standards, its application prospects are very broad.
