导学教师不同于课程辅导教师,是为电大远程开放教育学生提供非学术支持服务的教师,他们的地位虽然有些特殊,但在日常的教育工作中发挥着独特作用。本文在导学教师概念界定的基础上,以吉林广播电视大学延边分校的导学教师为例,探讨了少数民族地区远程教育导学教师队伍存在的问题,并从建设国家开放大学的视角对远程教育导学教师队伍建设提出了相应的思考与提升对策。
Instructors, unlike course instructors, are teachers who provide non-academic support services to TVU students. Although their status is somewhat special, they play a unique role in daily education. This paper, on the basis of the definition of the concept of guide teachers, takes the lead instructors of Jilin University of Radio and Television Yanbian as an example to discuss the problems existing in the instructors of distance education in ethnic minority areas. From the perspective of building a national open university, The construction of contingent of teaching instructors puts forward corresponding thinking and countermeasures.
