为了对包皮矫正术式实现减创化,并避免包皮背侧切开术的二期手术,从1997年2月～2001年7月,我们对135例包茎、包皮嵌顿和包皮过长患者行包皮辐式纵切术,并对包皮手术方式的改进作一初步探讨。
