根据整体式天然气压缩机生产工艺与能耗组成机理,提出了利用反平衡进行能效计算的新方法。利用该方法计算的燃气发动机、压缩机能效既与压缩介质状态参数相关,也与烟气、空燃比、冷却等参数相关。与正平衡法相比,利用反平衡方法能得到更多反映机组运行性能的参数。根据该反平衡计算方法编制了计算软件,通过建立数据库并进行相邻点拟合求取多变指数,避免了人为因素影响,保证了计算精度;同时,生成的计算报告包含所有过程参数,可为评价能耗性能、制定节能措施、评估节能效果提供基础数据。该计算方法和软件进行了大量现场应用,完成了不同类型机组计算。结果表明,建立的反平衡计算方法可操作性强,能满足生产需要,可实现不停机测试。
According to the integral natural gas compressor production process and energy consumption mechanism, a new method of energy efficiency calculation using anti-balance is proposed. Using this method to calculate the gas engine, the compressor efficiency is related to both the state parameters of the compression medium and the flue gas, air-fuel ratio, cooling and other parameters. Compared with the positive balance method, the use of anti-balance method can get more parameters that reflect the operating performance of the unit. According to the anti-balance calculation method, the calculation software is compiled. By building the database and fitting the adjacent points to get the variable index, the influence of human factors is avoided and the calculation accuracy is ensured. Meanwhile, the generated calculation report includes all the process parameters, To provide basic data for evaluating energy performance, formulating energy saving measures and assessing energy savings. The calculation method and software have carried on a large number of on-the-spot application, completed the calculation of different types of units. The results show that the established anti-balance calculation method is feasible and can meet the needs of production, and can achieve non-stop test.
