透明质酸钠(HA)是体内粘多糖的一种.分布在结缔组织之中.因其水溶液具有粘弹性,故在体内可起润滑作用,维持组织正常功能.并具有促进创伤愈合和预防细菌感染的作用.本文通过溶出试验和导电率、粘度、浊度测定,研究四环素类(TC_S)与HA间的相互作用.结果发现;(1)TC_s半数释放时间(T_5c)随HA浓度增大而延长.不同TC_S的T_5c对HA溶液浓度依赖程度不同:美他环素(methacycline.METC)释放持续时间最长.氧四环素(OTC)释放持续时间最短:(2)导电率测定结果显示.各种TC_S之间基本类似.未加入NA时.各TC_S在水溶液中缔合分子生成浓度(CMC)均在 0.32~0.36之间.表明其各目的缔合能量相近.添加 HA后,各TC_S的CMC值随HA浓度增大而增加,表明两者间可引起相互作用,各TC_S作用强度亦无显著差异;(3)在PH为2,4时加入METC后,可使HA溶液粘度增加.当HA浓度为5meq/L,pH为6时,溶液呈混浊的凝胶状态,而OTC未出现此种现象,表明METC比OTC与HA间的相互作用更强.METC释放速率依赖于pH介质的改变,而OTC无此依赖关系;(4)TCS在HA溶液中的T_(50)值与该种TC_s的表面分配系数有良好的相关性,各TC_S的亲脂性对其自身在HA溶液中的释放延缓有很大影响.

(4) The value of T_ (50) The surface partition coefficient of this TC_s has a good correlation, and the lipophilicity of each TC_S has a great influence on the delay of its release in HA solution.
