为研究沼液浸种对玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,文章以蒸馏水浸种为对照,分别以5%,10%,25%,50%和100%沼液浸种。玉米种子浸种24 h后分别进行催芽及播种试验,调查其种子萌发和幼苗生长的情况。结果表明:沼液浸种不同程度地促进了玉米萌发及幼苗生长。沼液浸种处理发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数均高于对照。除100%沼液浸种外,5%沼液浸种芽长、茎粗、根长最大,分别是对照的2.55倍,1.55倍,2.87倍。沼液浸种提高了幼苗二叶期至四叶期叶绿素含量,其中50%沼液浸种叶绿素含量最高且降幅最低,其次是25%。沼液浸种对二叶期和三叶期玉米株高影响较大,显著高于对照,其中10%沼液浸种株高最大。综合分析,5%~50%沼液浸种玉米综合效果最佳。
In order to study the effect of soaking biogas slurry on the seed germination and seedling growth of maize, the paper was immersed in distilled water for 5%, 10%, 25%, 50% and 100% respectively. Maize seeds were soaked for 24 h and germinated and sowed respectively to investigate their seed germination and seedling growth. The results showed that soaking biogas slurry promoted the germination and growth of maize to varying degrees. Biogas slurry soaking treatment germination potential, germination rate, germination index, vitality index were higher than the control. In addition to 100% biogas slurry soaking, 5% biogas slurry soaking bud length, stem diameter, the largest root length, respectively, 2.55 times, 1.55 times, 2.87 times the control. The soaking of biogas slurry increased the leaf chlorophyll content from the second to the fourth leaf stage. The content of chlorophyll was the highest in the soaked 50% biogas slurry and the lowest one was 25%. The biogas slurry soaking had a significant effect on the height of two-leaf stage and three-leaf stage maize plants, which was significantly higher than that of the control, of which 10% was the highest. Comprehensive analysis, 5% ~ 50% marsh liquid soaking corn the best combination.
