采用直线相关分析法 ,较系统地研究了健康人 Ig/ C3双特异性循环免疫复合物 (Ig M/ C3-TCIC、Ig G/ C3- TCIC和 Ig A/ C3- TCIC)与 Ig M、Ig G、Ig A和 C3的相关性 ,比较了 Ig/ C3- TCIC和C3/ Ig- TCIC分别与有关体液免疫指标关系的异同 .结果发现 ,Ig M/ C3- TCIC与总 Ig M和总 Ig A以及复合 Ig G和复合 Ig A呈显著正相关 ;Ig G/ C3- TCIC与复合 Ig G和复合 Ig A呈显著正相关 ;Ig A/C3- TCIC与总 Ig M、总 Ig G、总 Ig A、复合 Ig M和复合 Ig G以及总 C3呈显著正相关 .Ig/ C3- TCIC与Ig和 C3的有关结果并不完全等同于有关 C3/ Ig- TCIC与 Ig和 C3的相互关系的报道 ,但从酶标抗体占主导作用和复合物构成的分子比来分析 ,则可得到其免疫生物学意义基本相同的结论 .
The linear correlation analysis was used to systematically study the effects of Ig M / C3-TCIC, Ig G / C3-TCIC and Ig A / C3-TCIC on IgM, Ig G, Ig A and C3, and compared the similarities and differences between Ig / C3-TCIC and C3 / Ig-TCIC with humoral immunity indexes respectively.Results showed that Ig M / C3- TCIC was significantly associated with total Ig M and total Ig A There was a significant positive correlation between compound Ig G and compound Ig A; Ig G / C3-TCIC was positively correlated with compound Ig G and compound Ig A; Ig A / C3- TCIC was positively correlated with total Ig M, total Ig G, , Complex Ig M and complex Ig G as well as total C3.The results of Ig / C3-TCIC with Ig and C3 are not exactly the same as those of C3 / Ig-TCIC with Ig and C3 From the dominant role of the enzyme-labeled antibody and the molecular composition of the complex to be analyzed, the immunobiological significance of the same can be obtained.
