班级是学校的基本单位且各具特色。为切实提高班级管理的有效性和针对性,探讨班级管理新模式,于新课程理念指引下,根据班级自身特点,结合学生兴趣与爱好,需求与特长等,开展独特教育风格的班级特色活动就显得十分重要。本文重点围绕“生本管理、班级建设、潜能提升”等方面进行实验性研究和探讨,收到较好的效果。本课题旨在探讨班级管理新模式,提高学校班级管理的实效性和针对性。
The class is the basic unit of the school and has its own characteristics.
