载人航天50多年来,失重生理效应防护措施也已逐渐进入其成熟阶段。本文系统综述了美国和俄罗斯载人航天任务中的失重生理效应研究与防护措施在轨使用历史及其在轨应用方案,提出了失重生理效应防护措施未来三方面的发展策略:多锻炼方式的整合,锻炼与营养的整合,反向契合失重生理效应层次特征的锻炼-效果动态响应的应用。本综述旨在为我国相关的研究与应用提供参考。
For more than 50 years of manned space flight, the protective measures of physiological effects of weightlessness have gradually entered its mature stage. This article systematically reviews the use history and in-orbit application programs of weightlessness physiological effects research and protection measures in the United States and Russia in the manned space mission and puts forward the development strategies for the future three aspects of weightlessness physical protection measures: the integration of multi-training methods , The integration of exercise and nutrition, and the application of exercise-effect dynamic response in the inverse fit of the physiological characteristics of weightlessness. This review aims to provide a reference for the related research and application in our country.
