在自制的管材冲刷试验机上,研究了20mm和38mm的两种B10合金管在人工海水中的冲刷腐蚀行为,测试了不同管径的合金管在相同流速的人工海水中腐蚀速率的变化。结果表明,人工海水的流速一定时,B10合金管的腐蚀速率随着冲刷时间的延长逐渐降低,最后趋于平稳。流速为3.0m/s时,38mm管材比20 mm的管材腐蚀速率大。38mm的管材冲刷48h后开始形成较完整的钝化膜,而20mm的管材在冲刷时间为96h时才开始形成钝化膜。
The corrosion corrosion behaviors of two B10 alloy tubes with 20mm and 38mm in artificial seawater were studied in a homemade tube flushing tester. The corrosion rate of the alloy tubes with different tube diameters in artificial seawater with the same flow rate was tested. The results show that the corrosion rate of B10 alloy pipe decreases with the increase of the scouring time and finally tends to be steady when the flow rate of artificial seawater is constant. When the flow rate is 3.0m / s, the pipe corrosion rate of 38mm pipe is larger than 20mm. 38mm pipe scour 48h began to form a more complete passivation film, and 20mm of the pipe in the erosion time of 96h began to form a passive film.
