目的了解2016年天津市东丽区食源性疾病病例中病原菌的构成,为有效防控食源性腹泻提供参考依据。方法病原菌检测采用直接分离和增菌分离相结合方法,细菌鉴定采用API 20 E生化鉴定试条和VITEK2全自动微生物分析系统等,致病菌分型采用血清凝集法。结果 124例样品中检出13株病原菌,检出率为10.5%。其中肠炎沙门菌1株,里森沙门菌5株,副溶血性弧菌6株,鼠伤寒沙门菌1株。结论东丽区食源性疾病病例中以沙门菌为主,副溶血性弧菌为次的流行病原菌,加强对腹泻标本的病原菌检验有助于发现病原体的变化规律,为相关部门采取预防措施提供参考。
Objective To understand the composition of pathogenic bacteria in foodborne diseases in Dongli District of Tianjin in 2016 and provide a reference for effective prevention and control of foodborne diarrhea. Methods Pathogen detection was performed by direct separation and by enrichment separation. The bacteria were identified by API 20 E biochemical identification test strips and VITEK2 automatic microbiological analysis system. The pathogenic bacteria were classified by serum agglutination method. Results Thirteen pathogens were detected in 124 samples and the detection rate was 10.5%. Including Salmonella enteritidis 1, Salmonella 5 Salmonella, Vibrio parahaemolyticus 6, Salmonella typhimurium 1 strain. Conclusion Among the food-borne diseases in Dongli District, Salmonella and Vibrio parahaemolyticus are the second most common epidemic pathogens. It is helpful to find out the variation of pathogens in pathogenic bacteria of diarrhea specimens and provide preventive measures for relevant departments reference.
