目的探讨COS周期中HCG注射日卵泡径线与体外受精-胚胎移植妊娠率的关系。方法收集分析2008年12月至2011年12月在本中心接受IVF/ICSI-ET治疗的766周期,按HCG注射日最大卵泡平均径线分为:A组(≤16mm),B组(16.5~17.5mm),C组(18~20mm),D组(≥20.5mm)。分析各组间获卵数、优胚率及妊娠率之间的变化情况。结果通过分析766个IVF/ICSI-ET周期HCG注射日最大卵泡径线大小,认为卵泡径线在16.5~20mm时停用Gn,给予HCG其妊娠率较高,而当径线≤16mm或径线≥20.5mm时,获卵数、优胚率均下降,影响妊娠率。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the follicular line diameter of HCG injection and the pregnancy rate of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer during COS cycle. Methods The 766 cycles of IVF / ICSI-ET treatment in our center from December 2008 to December 2011 were collected and analyzed. The average diameter of the largest follicles on HCG injection day was divided into group A (≤16mm), group B (16.5 ~ 17.5mm), C group (18 ~ 20mm), D group (≥20.5mm). Analysis of the number of oocytes in each group, excellent embryo rate and pregnancy rate between the changes. Results By analyzing the size of the largest follicles in 766 cycles of IVF / ICSI-ET HCG injection, we found Gn was disabled when the diameter of follicles was between 16.5 and 20 mm, and the pregnancy rate was higher for HCG. When the diameter of the line was less than or equal to 16 mm, ≥ 20.5mm, the number of oocytes, excellent embryo rate decreased, affecting the pregnancy rate.
