目的探讨声触诊组织定量(VTQ)技术在痛风、2型糖尿病、痛风合并2型糖尿病胰腺损害中的临床应用价值。方法应用VTQ技术检测其胰腺剪切波速度(Vs),将结果进行比较。结果三组病例组胰腺声像图异常改变率均高于对照组,其中痛风合并2型糖尿病组、2型糖尿病组胰腺异常声像图改变率较健康对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组病例组胰腺Vs值均>健康对照组Vs值(P<0.05),且痛风合并2型糖尿病组Vs值>痛风组Vs值>2型糖尿病组Vs值(P<0.05)。结论 VTQ技术可敏感地反映出胰腺组织的硬度改变情况,有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of acoustic palpation tissue quantification (VTQ) in gout, type 2 diabetes and gout with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods VTQ technique was used to detect the shear wave velocity (Vs) of the pancreas and the results were compared. Results The abnormal rate of pancreas echocardiography was significantly higher in the three groups than in the control group. The rate of abnormal pancreas changes in pancreas with type 2 diabetes mellitus and type 2 diabetes mellitus was significantly higher than that in healthy controls (P <0.05 ). The Vs of pancreas in all three groups were all higher than that of healthy controls (P <0.05). The Vs of gout with type 2 diabetes> Vs of gout> Vs of type 2 diabetes (P <0.05). Conclusion VTQ technology can sensitively reflect the changes of the hardness of pancreatic tissue, and has certain clinical value.
