This paper introduces the structural characteristics and the related production process of different types of rubber metal joint products. According to the application conditions of the locomotive, a kind of press-fit structure is optimized. The structural products are analyzed by finite element analysis software, and the analysis results and tests The results are compared to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the finite element analysis to determine the product design flow and structure.
