目的:建立裸花紫珠总黄酮中木犀草素、槲皮素和阿亚黄素的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:DIONEX Acclaim 120C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(68:32:0.8)为流动相A;以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(100:2:0.8)为流动相B,线性梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长为356 nm。结果:木犀草素、槲皮素和阿亚黄素分别在19.2~96.0、22.3~111.6和24.8~124.0μg·ml~(-1)的范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0);回收率分别为98.5%,98.8%和98.0%。结论:本方法简便,快捷,准确,可用于裸花紫珠总黄酮中木犀草素、槲皮素和阿亚黄素的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of luteolin, quercetin and ibuprofen in the total flavonoids of Balsam pear flower. (Column: 250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (68:32:80) as mobile phase A and methanol-water- : 2: 0.8) as mobile phase B, linear gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1) and the detection wavelength was 356 nm. Results: Luteolin, quercetin and ibuprofen had a good linearity (r = 1.000 0) in the range of 19.2-96.0, 22.3- 111.6 and 24.8-124.0 μg · ml -1, respectively.
