改革开放以来,我国医药工业得到了长足的发展。但是,在市场经济日趋活跃的时候,不少假冒伪劣药品充斥市场,使国家和人民深受其害。为什么假冒伪劣药品得以充斥市场?笔者认为,有其深层次的原因。(一)、在市场经济的幼稚期,出现医药市场的混乱具有其历史的客观必然性。因为任何国家商品生产的发展都有一个由初级阶段到发达阶段的过程。与此相适应,市场发育也必然要经历从单一到全面,从分割到统一,从封闭到开放,从乱到治,从无序到有序,从不成熟到成熟的成长过程。当前,我国的商品生产尚欠发达,市场发育不成熟,市场法规还在形成之中,对市场经济的管理还缺乏经验。可见,作为充当商品的药品,市场混乱是难以完全避免的。 Since the reform and opening up, China’s pharmaceutical industry has made considerable progress. Why do counterfeit medicines flood the market? The author believes that there are deep-seated reasons. (1) In the naive period of the market economy, the emergence of confusion in the pharmaceutical market has its historical inevitability. Because the development of commodity production in any country has a process from the primary stage to the developed stage. Corresponding to this, market development will inevitably go through a process of growth from singleness to comprehensiveness, from division to unification, from closure to opening, from disorder to governance, from disorder to order, and from immature to maturity. At present, China’s commodity production is still underdeveloped, the market is immature, market regulations are still forming, and there is still no experience in managing the market economy. It can be seen that, as a drug serving as a commodity, market chaos is difficult to completely avoid.
