三环路以内的拆迁居民,大部分属中低收入阶层。按北京现行的拆迁货币补偿政策,以拆迁一间12平房米的旧房为例,原住房面积加上25平方米的拆迁补助面积,再乘以不同地区的不同补贴标准,拆迁居民可得到20万-25万左右的货币补偿。但相当数量的拆迁居民虽有购房的意愿,却缺乏购房的经济实力,用这些补偿款不外乎能买两种房——城里的小户型和郊区的大房子。如今北京城里的概念已经是四环路以内了,郊外也包括远郊区县,哪的房子适合中低收入的拆迁居民购买呢?
