广告经营的监督管理是广电媒体领导班子的重要管理任务之一,又是比较难管理的内容之一。如何管活管住广告经营,既保证广电媒体广告经营部门工作积极性的充分发挥,又防止广告收入的大量流失,目前仍是广电媒体领导班子要研究解决的重要课题。近年来,常德市广播电视局(实行与常德人民广播电台、常德电视台、常德广播电视报社四块牌子、一套人马的局台合一的管理体制,实际上是一家综合性广电媒体)进行了认真的分析研究和实践探索,取得了一些成功经验,得到了一些有益的启示。
