本试验采用国际晚近研究的新进展方法进行检测,试验表明土壤微生物总活性夏季比冬季强烈,人工森林生态系统比对照地(稀树草坡微生物总活性增强20倍,每年被分解转化的有机物质量(t/km~2)果园地比对照地增加1倍多,土壤微生物库中生物营养元素的库贮量(kg/hm~2)果园地比对照他也增加了1倍,土壤微生物对能源营养物质的转化归还量,果园和人工森林生态系统都比对照地增大。
