自我效能理论的核心内容是自我效能形成来源。自我效能理论对于公安民警激励机制的改革有很多启示意义。根据自我效能理论,可从成败经验、替代经验、言语规劝、情绪状态以及情境条件五个方面分析现有激励机制中存在的问题。同时基于该理论,可从激发民警自身成功经验感知、提升民警学榜样省自身意识、从优待警加强民警的情感支撑、为民警提供良好的情境条件等方面进行激励机制改革。
The core of self-efficacy theory is the source of self-efficacy. Self-efficacy theory has many implications for the reform of the incentive mechanism of policemen. According to the theory of self-efficacy, the existing problems in the incentive mechanism can be analyzed from the experience of success and failure, alternative experience, verbal exhortation, emotional state and situational conditions. At the same time, based on this theory, we can reform the incentive mechanism in terms of inspiring the successful experience of the police themselves, enhancing the self-awareness of the police role model province, strengthening the emotional support from the police to strengthen the police and providing good situation conditions for the police.
