目的:探讨黄芩总黄酮(Total Flavonoids of Radix Scutellariae,TFRS)对肺纤维化大鼠的影响及机制。方法:将大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、TFRS组,每组8只。采用气管内一次性注入平阳霉素建立肺纤维化模型,TFRS组大鼠灌胃注入50mg/kg的TFRS,其它两组灌胃注入等体积的生理盐水,每天1次,连续28天。检测肺匀浆中羟脯氨酸(Hydroxyproline,HYP)、内皮素-1(Endothelin-1,ET-1)含量和血清中转化生长因子-β1(Transforming Growth Factor-β1,TGF-β1)含量。结果:与模型组比较,TFRS组HYP、ET-1和TGF-β1含量明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芩总黄酮能够缓解肺纤维化,可能与其抑制ET-1和TGF-β1相关。
Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of Total Flavonoids of Radix Scutellariae (TFRS) on pulmonary fibrosis in rats. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group and TFRS group, with 8 rats in each group. Pulmonary fibrosis was induced by intratracheal instillation of pingyangmycin. TFRS group rats were infused with 50 mg / kg of TFRS. The other two groups were infused with equal volume of normal saline once a day for 28 days. The content of hydroxyproline (HYP), endothelin-1 (ET-1) and the level of TGF-β1 in serum were measured. Results: Compared with the model group, the levels of HYP, ET-1 and TGF-β1 in TFRS group were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Scutellaria total flavone can relieve pulmonary fibrosis, which may be related to the inhibition of ET-1 and TGF-β1.
