为解决余吾煤矿煤层预抽钻孔封孔现有封孔方式存在的漏气及浓度低等问题,研究对比了煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔主要封孔方式,拟采用“两堵一注”带压封孔法,封孔深度16 m,封孔压力0.2 MPa,并在试用前对封孔材料及设备进行测试,以确保井下采用的带压封孔技术成功。
In order to solve the problems of low leakage and low concentration of the existing sealing ways in pre-pumping holes in the coal seam of YuWu Coal Mine, the main sealing ways of gas drainage holes in coal mines are studied and compared. It is proposed to adopt " Pressure sealing method, sealing depth 16 m, sealing pressure 0.2 MPa, and before the trial of sealing materials and equipment to be tested to ensure the use of underground pressure sealing technology success.
