随着我国经济的发展和人民生活水平的进步,食品安全问题越来越受到关注。餐饮服务食品安全监督抽样检验是食品安全的重要关口,如何才能高效、合理、科学地对餐饮服务食品进行抽样检查是目前食品检验的重要问题之一。就目前常见的抽样方法进行科学合理的分析,总结各种抽样方案的适用性,期望对我国的食品检验工作起到一定的帮助作用。
With the economic development in our country and the improvement of people’s living standards, the issue of food safety has drawn more and more attention. Catering service Food safety supervision and sampling inspection are important junctures for food safety. How to conduct sampling inspection of food service catering efficiently, reasonably and scientifically is one of the important problems in food inspection. This paper analyzes the common sampling methods scientifically and rationally and summarizes the applicability of various sampling schemes. It is expected that this method will be helpful to the food inspection in our country.
