《唐会要》是最早的会要体史书,是研究唐代典章制度的重要文献。但长期以来,主要以抄本形式流传,脱误颇多。清时经四库馆臣校订补正,形成四库本。其后又由武英殿刊刻,形成所谓殿版刻本,遂成今之通行本。本文通过对静嘉堂抄本、台北“国立中央”图书馆所藏A、B抄本,以及四库本、殿本五种版本对照分析,对学界过去有关《唐会要》的一些错误认识进行了修正,阐明了诸版本之间的关系。台北B抄本与静嘉堂抄本、台北A抄本源于同一系统,但非直接源于同一底本。四库本以台北A抄本为底本,缺失部分以别本补入,校订工作难称精当。殿本则以某种清初罕见的刻本为底本,进行校订刊刻而成,与三抄本、四库本来自于不同的系统。
