据调查,近些年来通过多种形式的培训工作,大多数教师已经过了“文化关”。在这一新的形势下,县一级或县级以下的教研工作应如何开展?这里发表的《在教研工作中……》一文所介绍的做法,是一种在新形势下继续解放思想,更新教育观念,提高教师理论水平和实际教学能力的好形式。它既可解决提高教师素质中“治标”和“治本”的矛盾,又可解决教研工作中“提高少数骨干教师”与“提高大多数一般教师”的矛盾,能促使教师逐步由“教书匠”向真正的教育者过渡,从而大面积提高小学教育的质量。我们希望广大读者(特别是各级教研机构的有关读者)认真读一读这篇文章,并能从中得到某些启发。
