操纵油压变化对换档离合器摩擦片温度的影响

装载机动力换档变速箱使用过程中频繁换档,两摩擦片滑动摩擦力矩产生滑摩功,使摩擦片温度升高,影响其性能和使用寿命。操纵油压的变化规律对滑摩功的影响最直接。应用数值模拟方法对换档过程不同操纵油压曲线下的滑摩功率变化规律进行仿真,实现了摩擦片温度变化规律准确掌握。数值模拟计算结果表明,在其它条件允许的前提下,尽量选择上升较陡的操纵油压曲线对改善换档离合器性能,防止产生烧结,提高使用寿命是有利的。 Loader power shift gearbox frequent shift, the friction friction torque between two friction plates produce slippery power, friction plate temperature increases, affecting its performance and service life. The law governing the variation of hydraulic pressure has the most direct impact on the slippery work. The numerical simulation method was used to simulate the variation of sliding power under different operating hydraulic curves in the shift process, and the accurate control of the temperature variation of the friction plate was realized. Numerical simulation results show that, under other conditions allowed under the premise, as far as possible to choose the steep rise of the hydraulic curve to improve the performance of the shift clutch to prevent sintering and improve service life is beneficial.
