我公司生产的某型内燃叉车消声器与排气尾管为插接式结构。将排气尾管插入消声器后,须靠人工观察并调节排气尾管的排气方向,以避免排气尾管排出的尾气吹扫轮胎或平衡重。将其调整好后,需再用U形卡箍固定。由于排气尾管、U形卡箍没有方向定位功能,若维修后不注意排气尾管的排气方向,易于出现排气尾管排出的尾气吹扫轮胎或平衡重现象,如图1所示。
Some type of internal combustion engine muffler and exhaust tail pipe produced by our company are plug-in structure. After inserting the tail pipe into the muffler, it is necessary to manually observe and adjust the exhaust direction of the tail pipe so as to prevent the tail gas discharged from the tail pipe from purging the tire or balancing the weight. After adjusting it, it needs to be fixed with U-shaped clamp. Due to the exhaust tail pipe, U-shaped clamp has no directional positioning function, if maintenance does not pay attention to exhaust tail pipe exhaust direction, easy to appear exhaust tail pipe exhaust purge tires or balance weight phenomenon, as shown in Figure 1 Show.
