利用场发射扫描电镜与辉光放电光谱,研究了经不同渗氮处理与等温退火后,氮在不同厚度层内的含量与氮化物析出的种类、形态及分布。观察了氮化物粒子在等温退火过程中的演变过程。结果表明,渗氮后氮化物主要沉积在样品表层。在随后等温退火过程中,表层的氮化物逐渐溶解并向内层扩散后重新析出。因此,尺寸细小的氮化物沿扩散层均匀的分布以稳定二次再结晶组织。
Field emission scanning electron microscopy and glow discharge spectroscopy were used to investigate the types, morphology and distribution of nitrogen in different thickness layers and nitride precipitation after different nitriding treatments and isothermal annealing. The evolution of nitride particles during isothermal annealing was observed. The results show that nitrides are mainly deposited on the surface of samples after nitriding. In the subsequent isothermal annealing process, the surface of the nitride gradually dissolved and diffused to the inner layer re-precipitation. Therefore, the finely-sized nitride is uniformly distributed along the diffusion layer to stabilize the secondary recrystallized structure.
