一、大学生村官制度实施的现状为提高基层干部的整体素质,完善队伍结构,选拔新农村建设的骨干力量以适应新形势下农村改革发展的需要,山西省于2006年开始招聘高校毕业生到村任职。到目前为止全省共选聘了2.9万名大学生村官充实到一线岗位,现在仍有大约1.6万名大学生村官活跃在农村。为了便于对研究对象进行跟踪调研和分析,本文选择山西省某县级市作为研究对象,采取问卷调查与访谈调查相结合的方式。文章主要侧重于对大学生村官的退出机制进行分析,所以选择其中142
