炉子热工在我国还是一门很年轻的科学,对炉内热工过程(燃料燃烧、热传导、气体流动等)的研究才刚刚开始。由于我国重工业突飞猛进的发展,各机械制造工厂采用煤气加热炉的越来越广泛了,因而炉子工作情况的好坏,对产品质量、燃料消耗量及炉子生产率有莫大的影响。为此,通过试炉获得一系列有用的资料,改进炉子工作情况,以求降低燃料消耗量,提高劳动生产率,降低产品成本,是一件极有意义的工作。现将我们对煤气加热炉进行试验的方法及获得的数据介绍于后,供大家参考。
Furnace thermal engineering is still a very young science in China. Research on the thermal process in the furnace (fuel combustion, heat transfer, gas flow, etc.) has only just begun. Due to the rapid development of China’s heavy industry, gas-fired heating furnaces have become more widely used in the machinery manufacturing plants. Therefore, the quality of the furnace, the fuel consumption, and the productivity of the furnace have great influence on the working conditions of the furnace. For this reason, it is a very meaningful job to obtain a series of useful information through the test furnace, to improve the working conditions of the furnace, in order to reduce the fuel consumption, increase the labor productivity, and reduce the product cost. Now we will introduce the method of testing the gas furnace and the data obtained for reference.
