互联网对旅游行业产生了巨大的影响,旅游消费者们纷纷涌向网上旅行社,寻找最适合自己需求的旅游交通和住宿产品,并且通过网络上的旅游攻略安排自己的行程。手机、电脑在人们的日常生活中扮演着重要角色。信息沟通的流畅,人们的旅游需求也呈现出多样化、个性化趋势,传统的旅行社带团游已不能满足人们的需求;旅游电子商务兴起,OTA应运而生;几大航空公司机票从去哪儿网下线,票务市场规范化,资源整合进一步加强。在新媒体时代下,旅游业的发展充满机遇,同时也面临诸多挑战。
The Internet has had a huge impact on the travel industry, with travel consumers flocking to online travel agencies to find travel transportation and accommodation products that best suit their needs, and to make their own trips through online travel guides. Mobile phones and computers play an important role in people’s daily lives. The smooth communication of information, people’s travel demand is also showing a diversified and personalized trend, the traditional tour of the tour group has been unable to meet people’s needs; the rise of tourism e-commerce, OTA came into being; where the airline ticket from where Net offline, ticketing market standardization, resource integration further strengthened. Under the new media era, the development of tourism is full of opportunities as well as many challenges.
