随着城市的发展,为了满足城镇居民对蔬菜的需求,稳定城市中蔬菜市场的供需平衡。以政府引导扶持为主,农户自己自主发展为辅,开始大力的发展反季节蔬菜。现在人民生活质量的日益提高,对食物的需求也更加的趋向于健康、无公害。发展无公害蔬菜便成了蔬菜以后一般的发展方向和目标,并且无公害蔬菜以其无公害对人们的生活质量起着改善作用。二十世纪以来随着消费市场的需求,反季节无公害蔬菜应运而生,迎合了人们对食品安全以及健康饮食的需求。本文结合作者的实践经验,就反季节无公害蔬菜技术在现实生产中的推广和应用进行简要探究。
With the development of cities, in order to meet the urban residents’ demand for vegetables, the balance of supply and demand of vegetables in the city is stabilized. With the guidance and support of the government as the mainstay, independent development of farmers as a supplement, began to vigorously develop anti-seasonal vegetables. Nowadays, people’s quality of life is increasing day by day, and the demand for food tends to be healthier and pollution-free. The development of pollution-free vegetables has become a vegetable after the general direction and goal of development, and pollution-free vegetables for their pollution-free quality of life for people to play an improving role. Since the twentieth century, with the demand of the consumer market, anti-season pollution-free vegetables came into being, catering to people’s needs for food safety and healthy eating. This article, combined with the author’s practical experience, briefly explores the popularization and application of anti-seasonal pollution-free vegetable technology in real production.
