近几年来,烟台港通过推行全面质量管理,运用全面质量管理的思想观念、方法,手段和技巧,经过全体员工的参与和努力,不断地改进港口设备设施、生产流程、客货运输服务质量和企业文化,以满足顾客需求,从而使企业获取了竞争优势和长期发展的同时,较好地打造了烟台港的“诚信品牌”,在国内外客户中树立了良好的港口企业形象。 一、烟台港用树立良好窗口形象追求诚信服务 烟台港自80年代开始推行全面质量管理以来,在全局广大干部员工持之以恒的努力下,运用全面质量管理的理论、方法为指导,不断深化企业经营管理,结合港口生产实际,形成了具有鲜明行业特色的质量管理模式,取得了显著成效。曾先后获得交通部、山东省和国家质量管理奖。
