目的探究小儿肺炎继发腹泻采用复方丁香罗勒混悬液与双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合治疗的临床疗效。方法将2011年1月—2015年1月封丘县人民医院小儿肺炎继发腹泻110例患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。两组均给予常规对症治疗,对照组加用双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,观察组采用双歧杆菌四联活菌片+复方丁香罗勒混悬液治疗,1个疗程(7 d)后,采用统计学SPSS 20.0软件对比两组临床疗效、大便性状积分及次数、症状消失时间以及不良反应情况,计量资料用均数±标准差(xˉ±s)表示,采用t检验,计数资料用率(%)表示,采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组临床疗效(98.18%)高于对照组(85.45%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3、5、7d后,两组患儿大便性状积分及次数与治疗前相比均明显改善,且观察组改善更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿症状消失时间比较,观察组较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应率较低,均为1.82%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿肺炎继发腹泻采用复方丁香罗勒混悬液与双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合治疗效果显著,能有效改善患者临床症状,且具有较高的安全性,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combination clove basil suspension with Bifidobacterium quadricepsil in children with secondary pneumonia secondary diarrhea. Conclusions The combined treatment of compound clove basil suspension and Bifidobacterium quadrum viable tablet in children with secondary pneumonia caused by secondary diarrhea has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with high safety and is worthy of popularization.
