我院自1992年卫月～1996年12月用国产阿克拉霉素（Acl）和阿糖胞苷（Ara－c）组成的联合化疗方案治疗成人急性非淋巴细胞白血病（ANLL）39例，取得满意疗效。现报道如下。对象和方法39例ANLL均为住院患者，男性24例。女性15例；年龄15～64岁，中位年龄28．5岁。均经临床、血象
A total of 39 cases of acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) were treated with a combination of domestic aclaromycin (Acl) and cytarabine (Ara-c) in our hospital from 1992 to December 1996.
