The main purpose of the research on public hospital performance management strategy is to understand the problems existing in the performance management of public hospital and to put forward the corresponding performance management measures to provide valuable suggestions for improving the performance management of public hospitals in the future. With the continuous progress of social economy and culture and the rapid development of science and technology, performance management gradually occupies a very important position in public hospitals.
