高温合金是航空发动机热端零部件制造最常用的材料,但目前未见对其棒材性能指标及批次质量稳定性研究的相关报道。本文从中航重机股份有限公司的金属材料特性数据库中选取GH4169合金棒材的理化数据进行对比分析,理化数据涉及国内外6家高温合金生产企业。对比分析了121炉次的GH4169棒材成分、晶粒度、室温和高温力学性能。结果表明,在GH4169高温合金元素的控制上国内外水平相当,甚至有些元素国内控制范围比国外更加严格,但主要强化元素Nb含量炉次间不稳定,Co元素含量相比国外较低,相差一个数量级;晶粒度及力学性能不如国外生产企业稳定。
Superalloys are the most commonly used materials for the manufacture of hot-end components of aero-engines. However, no reports have been made on the research of their bar performance and batch quality stability. In this paper, the physical and chemical data of GH4169 alloy bar were selected from the metal material property database of China National Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., and the physical and chemical data involved 6 domestic and foreign high temperature alloy production enterprises. The composition, grain size, room temperature and mechanical properties of GH4169 bar were compared and analyzed. The results show that the control of GH4169 superalloy is comparable at home and abroad, and even some of the elements are controlled more severely in China than abroad. However, the Nb content of the main strengthening element is unstable between the furnaces and the content of Co element is lower than that in other countries Order of magnitude; grain size and mechanical properties as stable as foreign manufacturers.
