以K型不育系豫麦 3号和S4 3为母本 ,对兰考 90 6的 2 0个品系的恢复力进行了研究 ,并对兰考 90 6组配的组合杂种优势进行了初步探讨。结果表明 :可以从兰考 90 6中筛选出对小麦K型不育系具有较强恢复力的品系 ;兰考 90 6各品系对不同K型不育系的恢复度不同 ,用兰考 90 6品系作为对K型不育系的恢复系 ,应该选用易恢性好的K型不育系 ;兰考 90 6的衍生系对K型不育系的恢复度较低 ,应选用对K型不育系的恢复度高的亲本对兰考 90 6品系进行改良 ;兰考 90 6与K型不育系组配的杂交组合既具有其优点 ,又能克服其本身的缺陷 ,是杂交小麦研究的优良亲本材料。
The restoring force of 20 strains of Lankao 90 6 was studied using K male sterile lines Yumai 3 and S4 3 as female parents, and the heterosis of combinations of Lankao 90 6 was preliminarily discussed. The results showed that the strains with stronger resilience to K type CMS lines could be screened out from Lankao 906. The Lankao 906 strains had different recoveries for different K type CMS lines, K-type CMS restorer lines should use K-type male sterile line with good recoverability; Lankao 906 derived line has lower recoverability to K-type CMS lines, The high parent could improve the Lankao 906 strain. The hybrid combination of Lankao 906 and K type male sterile line not only has its advantages but also overcomes its own defects. It is an excellent parent material for hybrid wheat research.
