被动式房屋是20世纪80年代初,瑞典隆德大学Bo Adamson教授和德国达姆施塔特房屋与环境研究所Wolfgang Feist博士提出的一种新理念:要在不设传统采暖设施而仅依靠太阳辐射、人体放热、室内灯光、电器散热等自然得热方式的条件下,建造冬季室内温度能达到20℃以上,具有必要舒适度的房屋,他们将这种房屋称为被动式房屋。被动式房屋就是利用我们现有的资源和条件,在满足室内环境的要求下能够建造的最节能房子。它同我国现存三类房屋划出
