晚期恶性肿瘤患者157例营养治疗临床分析

[目的]探讨“全合一”联合ω-3鱼油脂肪乳营养治疗对晚期恶性肿瘤患者的疗效。[方法]157例晚期恶性肿瘤确诊患者,联合应用“全合一”肠外营养制剂及静脉用ω-3鱼油脂肪乳,按照每天20kcal/kg体重的热量和7g/m2体表面积的氮量供给,行肠外营养治疗,辅以肠内营养支持。[结果]103例ECOG评分≥3分者接受营养治疗2~3周,ECOG评分平均下降1分。28例在营养治疗下,顺利完成2~4个周期化疗。26例已死亡者中25例死于肿瘤恶液质、多器官功能衰竭,存活期3~7个月。全组病人未发生脂肪栓塞、脂肪廓清障碍、呼吸困难等严重并发症。[结论]营养治疗可以改善晚期恶性肿瘤患者生存质量,营造有效抗肿瘤治疗机会,是恶性肿瘤综合治疗的重要手段之一。 [Objective] To investigate the effect of “all in one ” combined omega-3 fish oil emulsion nutrition treatment on advanced malignant tumor patients. [Method] One hundred and fifty-seven patients diagnosed with advanced malignant tumor were treated with combined “parenteral nutrition” and omega-3 fish oil fat emulsion according to daily calories of 20kcal / kg body weight and nitrogen of 7g / m2 body surface area Amount of supply, parenteral nutrition treatment, supplemented by enteral nutrition support. [Results] 103 patients with ECOG score> 3 were treated with nutrition for 2 to 3 weeks, and the ECOG score decreased by 1 point on average. 28 cases of nutritional therapy, the successful completion of 2 to 4 cycles of chemotherapy. Twenty-five of the 26 dead patients died of tumor cachexia, multiple organ failure, and survived for 3 to 7 months. The whole group of patients did not occur fat embolism, obesity, obesity, dyspnea and other serious complications. [Conclusion] Nutritional therapy can improve the quality of life of patients with advanced malignant tumors and create an effective anti-tumor treatment opportunity, which is one of the important means of comprehensive treatment of malignant tumors.
