近些年来,随着社会因素和文化因素的影响,以及网络和智能手机的不断发展应用,许多年轻人的心理健康受到了严重的侵蚀。因此,对于高校来说,在传授给学生专业知识和技能的同时,更重要的一点是要加强对他们心理健康的引导,让每个大学生都成为身心健康的人才。对于学生的心理健康引导,高校体育教育在其中可以起到十分重要的作用,它不同于别的课程注重理论教学,更多的是让学生在运动中收获健康,得到快乐。因此,笔者作为一名教育工作者,根据自己的经验分析了现在高校学生的心理特征,以及高校体育教学与学生心理健康的关系,并提出了几点在高校体育教学中可以实行的措施,从而来帮助学生树立健康的心理。
In recent years, with the impact of social and cultural factors and the continuous development and application of the Internet and smartphones, many young people’s mental health has been seriously eroded. Therefore, it is more important for colleges and universities to pass on the students’ professional knowledge and skills while stepping up the guidance of their mental health so that every college student can become a physically and mentally healthy person. For students’ mental health guidance, physical education in colleges and universities can play a very important role in it, which is different from other courses, focusing on theoretical teaching, and more for students to gain health and happiness in sports. Therefore, as an educator, I analyze the psychological characteristics of college students and the relationship between college PE teaching and students’ mental health according to my own experience. I also put forward some measures that can be implemented in college PE teaching. To help students establish a healthy mentality.
