内在因素主观评价对高职生主观幸福感的影响

目的探讨内在因素主观评价对高职生主观幸福感的影响,为高职生心理辅导与干预提供依据。方法运用整群随机抽样法,采用综合幸福问卷及自编自主评价问卷,对高职院校566名大学生进行问卷调查。结果对所得数据进行方差分析发现:①不同性格的主观评价影响高职生的主观幸福感(F=6.86,11.27,5.24;P<0.01);②对预期生活压力的估计影响高职生的主观幸福感(F=27.03,13.06,8.41,14.17,10.76,16.36,12.07,9.59,16.36,15.73;P<0.01);③对未来信心的主观评价影响高职生的主观幸福感(F=23.12,20.81,8.96,38.39,34.53,28.80,43.55,15.10,31.15,22.71;P<0.01);④对自我形象的主观评价影响高职生的主观幸福感(F=8.01,10.22,6.26,10.52,5.88,4.86,16.85,4.81,3.01;P<0.05)。结论高职生内在因素的主观评价对高职生主观幸福感具有显著的影响。认为自己性格外向的高职生主观幸福感强于认为自己性格是内向的高职生;预期生活压力较大的高职生在生活满意度、正性情感、生命活力等方面都显著好于预期生活压力非常大和压力小的高职生;对未来很有信心的高职生在主观幸福感的各个因子上都显著好于对未来没什么信心的高职生和完全失望的高职生;对自我形象满意的高职生主观幸福感显著高于对自我形象不满意的高职生。 Objective To explore the subjective evaluation of internal factors on the impact of subjective well-being of higher vocational students, psychological counseling and intervention for higher vocational students to provide the basis. Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 566 college students in a vocational college with comprehensive happiness questionnaire and self-evaluation questionnaire. Results The ANOVA of the data obtained showed that: ① subjective evaluation of different personality influenced the subjective well-being of higher vocational students (F = 6.86, 11.27, 5.24; P <0.01); ② the estimation of expected life pressure affected subjective Happiness (F = 27.03,13.06,8.41,14.17,10.76,16.36,12.07,9.59,16.36,15.73; P <0.01); ③ The subjective evaluation of confidence in the future influenced the subjective well-being of higher vocational students (F = 23.12, P <0.01); (4) The subjective evaluation of self-image influenced the subjective well-being of higher vocational students (F = 8.01,10.22,6.26,10.52,5.88 , 4.86,16.85,4.81,3.01; P <0.05). Conclusion The subjective evaluation of internal factors of higher vocational students has a significant impact on the subjective well-being of higher vocational students. The subjective well-being of higher vocational students who think they are extroverted is stronger than the higher vocational students who think their own characters are introverted. The higher vocational students who expect to live more stress are significantly better than expected in terms of life satisfaction, positive emotions, vitality, etc. Students with great pressure and low pressure in life; those students who have confidence in the future are significantly better on all factors of subjective well-being than those who have no confidence in the future and those who are completely disappointed; The subjective well-being of the vocational college students who are satisfied with the image is significantly higher than that of the college students who are not satisfied with the self-image.
