目的研究朱顶红抗肿瘤化学成分。方法采用多种色谱方法,对朱顶红总生物碱部位成分进行分离纯化,根据波谱学数据以及理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。采用噻唑蓝(MTT)法进行抗肿瘤活性测试。结果得到9个生物碱类化合物,3-Odemethyltazettine(1)、hippadine(2)、trisphaeridine(3)、5,6-dihydrobicolorine(4)、N-methylcrinasiadine(5)、3-epimacronine(6)、石蒜碱(7)、montanine(8)和多花水仙碱(9)。结论化合物1~6为从该植物中首次分离得到,化合物7和8对A-549、Hep G2和HT-29肿瘤细胞增殖表现出较强抑制作用。
Objective To study the antitumor chemical components of Hippeastrum. Methods A variety of chromatographic methods were used to separate and purify the total alkaloids from the genus Hippeastrum. The structures of the compounds were identified on the basis of spectral data and physicochemical properties. Anti-tumor activity tests were performed using the MTT assay. The result was 9 alkaloids, 3-Odemethyltazettine(1), hippadine(2), trisphaeridine(3), 5,6-dihydrobicolorine(4), N-methylcrinasiadine(5), 3-epimacronine(6), and stone Garlicine (7), montanine (8) and dalcinoine (9). Conclusion Compounds 1~6 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 7 and 8 showed strong inhibitory effects on the proliferation of A-549, Hep G2 and HT-29 tumor cells.
