目的研究温度对季铵盐类消毒液杀灭细菌芽孢效果的影响。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,观察不同温度条件下季铵盐消毒液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭效果。结果季铵盐消毒液在≤40℃时,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢几乎无杀灭作用。三种季铵盐消毒液在温度升到60℃时,对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭效果逐渐达到明显提升。将作用温度升到80℃时作用2 h和3 h,肉豆蔻和双辛葵基对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值均>5.0,达到高效消毒要求;而十二烷基在相同条件下对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值仅为3.87。结论三种季铵盐类消毒液在作用温度升到40℃以上,随着温度升高对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭效果均明显增强。
Objective To study the effect of temperature on the killing effect of quaternary ammonium disinfectant on bacterial spores. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test method was used to observe the killing effect of the quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant on Bacillus subtilis black variant spores under different temperature conditions. Results The quaternary ammonium disinfectant had almost no killing effect on the B. subtilis black mutant spores at ≤40 ℃. Three kinds of quaternary ammonium disinfectant in the temperature rose to 60 ℃, the suspension of Bacillus subtilis black mutant spores kill effect gradually increased significantly. When the temperature was raised to 80 ℃ for 2 h and 3 h, the logarithm of the killing rate of Bacillus subtilis var. Nigrescens was more than 5.0 on the suspension of Nutmeg and Bisoctanoine, which reached the requirement of high efficiency disinfection. However, under the same conditions Under Bacillus subtilis black variant spores kill logarithm of only 3.87. Conclusions The three quaternary ammonium disinfectants increased their temperature above 40 ℃, and their killing effect on Bacillus subtilis var.
