目的评价亨氏小体和毛细管电泳联合筛查在α-地中海贫血检测中的应用价值。方法对669例α-地中海贫血基因确诊病例结果进行回顾性分析,并对享氏小体、毛细管电泳单项检测和平行检测及系列检测的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值进行评价。结果亨氏小体、毛细管电泳单项检测地中海贫血的灵敏度分别为82.51%、69.06%,特异度分别为92.50%、96.50%。亨氏小体、毛细管电泳平行联合检测的灵敏度和特异度分别为100.00%、95.50%,系列联合检测的灵敏度和特异度分别为64.87%、100.00%。与各单项试验比较,平行联合检测的灵敏度高(P<0.05)、系列联合检测的特异度高(P<0.05)。结论亨氏小体和毛细管电泳联合检测是α-地中海贫血筛查较为理想的试验方法。
Objective To evaluate the value of Heterosigneta combined with capillary electrophoresis in the detection of α-thalassemia. Methods The results of 669 cases of α-thalassemia gene were retrospectively analyzed. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of single-step, single-step and capillary electrophoresis Evaluation. Conclusions The combination of Heinz & apos; s body and capillary electrophoresis is an ideal test for alpha-thalassemia screening.
