目的:研究分析家属参与健康教育在2型糖尿病管理中的应用效果。方法:2014年3月至2016年3月期间,选择我院接收的2型糖尿病患者98例作为研究对象,将98例患者随机分为观察组49例和对照组49例,采用常规教育方法教育对照组患者,在此基础上,观察组患者应用家属参与健康教育方法,对比观察组与对照组组的教育效果。结果:观察组患者干预后空腹血糖和饭后2h血糖水平以及护能力评分与对照组存在较大差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家属参与健康教育在2型糖尿病管理中的应用效果较好,有助于改善患者自我管理能力,值得推广应用。,objective: to study the analysis of the family members to participate in health education in the management of type 2 diabetes application effect.Methods: in March 2014 to March 2016, choose the hospital received 98 patients with type 2 diabetes as the research object, 98 patients were randomly divided into observation group and 49 cases and control group in 49 cases, the conventional education methods education control patients, on this basis, the observation group of patients family members to participate in health education method, comparative education effect of observation group and the control way.Results: the observation group of patients after the intervention fasting plasma glucose and 2 h blood sugar levels after meals and nursing ability score there is biggish difference with the control group was statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05).Conclusion: family members to participate in health education is an effective method in the management of type 2 diabetes, help to improve the patients’ self management ability, is worthy of popularization and application.
