针对目前职业卫生技术服务机构服务不规范的现状,提出了应建立职业卫生技术服务质量量化考核机制,以达到行业自律、择优竞争、规范细化、信誉诚信的目的。认为考核内容应包括:1)明确职业卫生技术服务质量标准,制定职业卫生技术服务机构工作规范。2)制定服务质量量化考核实施办法,将技术服务的质量和效率作为量化考核的重要内容。3)严格考核标准,实施优胜劣汰,促进服务机构的有序竞争。4)实施分类量化考核,鼓励技术服务机构承担公共职业卫生服务。5)考核结果科学运用,使技术服务机构认识到服务质量量化考核对其影响。
Aiming at the status quo of non-standard service of professional health and technical service agencies, this paper proposes that a quantitative assessment mechanism of occupational health and technical service quality should be set up so as to achieve self-discipline, competitive superiority, standardized refinement and creditworthiness. That the examination should include: 1) clear technical standards for occupational health and quality of service, development of occupational health technical service agencies work specifications. 2) Formulate measures for the quantitative assessment of service quality and regard the quality and efficiency of technical services as an important part of quantitative assessment. 3) Strict examination of standards, the implementation of survival of the fittest to promote the orderly competition in service agencies. 4) The implementation of quantitative assessment, encourage technical service agencies to undertake public occupational health services. 5) The scientific evaluation of the results of the application, the technical service agencies to recognize the impact of quantitative assessment of service quality.
